Kevin Hart is proving his artistry from a very successful stand-up comedian to a multi-platform media star. Now, he features in a thriller titled “True Story” for the first time alongside co-star Wesley Snipes with whom he has looked up to for years.
Kevin told Entertainment Weekly in an interview: “I can’t put words to it. I grew up watching Wesley and emulating Wesley, and the fact that now that’s my guy, my brother, my friend, my costar — it’s everything, plus more.”
Snipes who has been training in martial arts since the age of 12, earning a 5th degree black belt in Shotokan Karate and 2nd degree black belt in Hapkido, trained in Capoeira and in a number of other disciplines including kung fu and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing, was a film star and box office treasure in the 90s and early 00s.
