His Royal Highness, Noah Chukwuka Akaeze I at 17 years old, became the youngest crowned traditional ruler of Ubulu-Uku Kingdom in Aniocha South Local Government Area Nigeria following the demise of his late father. Noah Chukwuka Ofulue in September 2016 succeeded his father as \u201cObi Ubulu\u201d and took the title of Obi Akaeze seven months after the gruesome murder of his father, His Royal Highness, late Obi Edward Akaeze Ofulue III, by gunmen suspected to be Fulani herdsmen.<\/div><\/div>

“Kingship is not like chieftaincy titles, it is ordained by the Almighty God. The time I would succeed my father, Obi Akaeze Edward Ofolue III, was not known to me until the unfortunate incident in which he was kidnapped and then murdered by gunmen in January. Noah Chukwuka Akaeze I had acknowledged that he will miss relating with his peer group in the open as he previously did in the United Kingdom before he became King. He wanted to be a medical doctor but the unfortunate incident that led to the death of his father caused him to change his goal to study law instead. He went back to the UK to continue his studies while his uncle stood in as the regent until his return.<\/div><\/div>

The kingdom has a population of about 200,000 people and covers an area of nearly 165 square kilometers. Noah was crowned king on September 5, 2016, succeeding his late father, \u201cObi Ubulu\u201d and took the title of Obi Akaeze who died in 2013. He was presented with the Royal staff by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State. Being a king is not always easy and there are challenges that come with the title but the young King is grateful for the opportunity to serve his people.<\/div>

In 2019, three years later, at age 20, Noah Chukwuka Akaeze successfully graduated with a law degree in the United Kingdom and became ready to face the world. The boy-king is now a man. Noah is currently the king of Ubulu kingdom, Nigeria.\u00a0<\/div>
