Ice Cube and Ice-T\u2019s ability to remain relevant in the hip hop industry has proven their skills as artists. They both started their careers in the early 90s and have managed to stay relevant throughout the years. The two hip hop legends collaborated on the 1992 film Trespass, originally titled The Looters. The film was written by Bob Gale and Robert Zemeckis.They also collaborated on the song \u201cLast Words\u201d from Tupac\u2019s 1993 album Strictly 4 My.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In recent years, Ice Cube and Ice-T\u2019s have collaborated on the song \u201cSticka\u201d, and more recently, on the song \u201cWhere Ya At\u201d off the 1995 compilation Tupac & Notorious BIG One Million Strong which also features Snoop Dog, Dr Dre, Chuck D, Killah Priest, the Rza and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. He began his career in the rap industry and quickly rose to prominence with his debut album, Rhyme Pays. His success in the rap industry led to acting opportunities, and he has since appeared in a number of television shows and movies. Ice-T is best known for his role as Detective Odafin Tutuola on the hit TV series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Recently, questions were being raised about his character as a detective being a hip hop rapper with explicit lyrics, for example one of his greatest hit was titled “Gangsta Rap”. He did recently address <\/a>such concerns by pointing out that Tupac and Dr. Dre have also taken on roles as cops, therefore he maintains that acting as a detective does not necessarily patronise his beliefs and personality.
